I have Big News.
No, I am not preggers. Everytime I have "big news," people assume that is the deal. Please remember that I use the term "big news" rather loosely.
I JUST SAW THAT KEVIN KELLERMAN IS NOW A CONTRIBUTOR TO THE BLOG.
Pretty exciting. I highly anticipate the first blog from The Big Guy.
No one but mom got back to me about the KU/MU game. Who's going to go? Is it worth a trip south? Anyone?
Weather should be lovely this weekend, 75-80 and sunny, but there's a fire watch for the state because it has been so dry. Hasn't rained in about a month (i.e., not since PD & I were at the cabin, when of course it rained amost the entire time). We are having a grill and chill tomorrow night, possibly one of the last ones. I am going to do yard work either tonight or tomorrow, put down some mulch where the dogs have torn up the dying grass. I don't know how to take care of a yard, other than to mow and pick up dog poo, but apparently it requires more than that, because ours is not looking that hot. I have taken to solving all problems with mulch.
I think we are going to have to buy a rake, too, and use it, as we have too giant trees in our backyard. Lucky for us, all we have in the front is a pine tree, so life should be good for that 1/2 of the yard.
I know this is terribly interesting to all of you. But now I must return to work and perhaps harrassing Sean and Kate on facebook, one of my favorite passtimes.
